Beidle, Christine "Tiney" age 88, of Johnstown, went to be with the Lord on July 27, 2010. Tiney was born December 3, 1921, in Johnstown, daughter of Edward and Christine Beidle. She was preceded in death by parents, brother Edward Beidle, brother Edmund Beidle, and sister Olga Brotemarkle (Beidle).
Survived by brother Charles Beidle, sister Hilda Regan (Beidle), and Irene Packech (Beidle), married to Robert Packech. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
She was employed by the Mercy Hospital of Johnstown and retired in 1997. She was previously employed by Bishop McCort High School and W.T. Grant Company. She was of the Catholic faith. Tiney enjoyed reading, shopping, and watching the Price is Right and Wheel of Fortune. She was a devoted aunt and sister and enjoyed spending time with her family. Tiney will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
At her request, there will no be no visitation or service. Final arrangements are private and are being handled by the Hindman Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., "Exclusive Provider of Veterans and Family Memorial Care."
