Cannin, Rose, 82, of Johnstown, died Thursday, June 24, 2010, at Arbutus Park Manor.
Born April 19, 1928, in Johnstown, she was a daughter of the late Angelo and Rose (Tomaselli) Zito. Also preceded in death by brothers, Alfonse and Joseph Zito, a sister, Lucy Friedman.
Survived by daughters, Michele Pastor and husband, John, Newport News, VA, Carlotta Rummel and husband, Herman, Johnstown; six grandchildren, John, Steven, David, Christina, Robert and Brian; 11 great grandchildren; brothers, Tony and Charles Zito, Virginia Beach, VA. She will also be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Cannin was a self employed Certified Nursing Assistant. She was a member of Oakland United Methodist Church.
Friend will be received from 11 to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 26, at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 1521 Frankstown Rd., where a funeral service will follow at 4 p.m. with Pastor Randy Bain officiating.
