ELKIN Blair W., 54, Johnstown, died June 15, 2010, at Memorial Medical Center. Born January 1, 1956, in Johnstown, son of the late Kenneth E., Sr., and Melda E. (Warfel) Elkin. Also proceeded in death by sisters Gail Billow and Jane Weaver. Survived by brother, Kenneth E. Elkin, Jr., and his wife Barbara, Aurora, CO; and sister Shari A. Rininger, wife of Timothy, Monroeville, PA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and his four-legged best friend, Rebate.
The family will receive visitors on Saturday, June 19, at Franklin Street United Methodist Church beginning at 1:00 p.m. until time of Memorial Service at 3:00 p.m. Interment will be at Oak Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Franklin Street United Methodist Church.
